stop over near A1 north of PARIS

Hi,

We have stopped off at Camping Orvillers-Sorel, in Sorel just off of Junction 11.

Fairly basic, but decent showers and decent size pitches. They are well set up for the overnight stays, with a dedicated area where you simply drive on and then off the other side without even unhitching if you dont want to. From memory is about half hour north of Paris, so good for an early start to get past Paris before it gets too busy.

I recall they have a take away kiosk in case you don't want to cook. (didn't use it though)
