Stopover nr Tunnel

Depends on what time your train is but we arrived early for ours and just parked up in the caravan bays and slept there in the van for a few hours. If you need a "proper"overnight lots of people have mentioned Black Horse caravan Cub site ( at least I think its called that!)
 
We stayed at the Caravan Club site, Black Horse Farm, in June. They have a special area for over nighters. large pitches, no barriers to negotiate. Excellent facilties. Highly recommended. Just off the M20.
 
Thoroughly recommend CC site at Folkestone Racecourse, just off the M20 - we were allowed to stay hitched up ready for early departure (they keep a special section for early departures) and because we arrived late, were only charged half the full overnight fee. Have used it twice now.
 
There is a campsite in Martin Mill, about a twenty minute drive away from the tunnel, but its lovely and good value, we enjoyed it there, cant remember the name hopefully someone else can!

This site is Hawthorn Farm and it is a nice site but for the tunnel Black Horse Farm is closer and more convenient, a distance of 4 miles.
