Hi,I have posted this message in this and the storage section. Our storage rates in Portsmouth have risen to almost 500.00.and we are thinking of storing our caravan abroad.Has anyone done this or has any advise re insurance or suitable sites.Any advise appreciated.

Look at www.caravanningfrance.com This is a British owned site with storage and can help with Insurance. There are plenty of other sites as well but this is a site that we stored our van on for 2 years without complaint and all the vans on site are British owned
 
Just today I was at Malaga Airport to arrange a long term parking [8 weeks]. There are dozens of UK reg motorhames/caravans there. Owners fly in cheap, use and return. Seems many do this throughout the year.

Now wait for all the reason why not!.........Insurance, tax, MOT etc etc etc......
