Do you use the site’s water for washing the caravan?

Maybe he keeps the water taps isolated in the winter to avoid freeze ups? Any leak may adversely affect his water bill if on a meter?

I note the ground in your words is “boggy”.
Perhaps it’s the Owner using common sense to keep the boggy to a minimum😉

I really did not think cleaning my van would be an issue with the site manager as I had discussed this in advance but all has been resolved now. We simply complied with the site mangers wishes as it was not in either sides interests to push the matter further.

Thank you for your input in the thread it is much appreciated. :)

I did respond to your respond to my comment, but for specific reasons that were not made clear to me, a moderator removed my response.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with wishing to keep your pride and joy clean, but sometime its one of those thing that you may simple not be able to where and when you might like.

My comments were not made to offend, and that can be seen from my reference to it being my opinion, rather than a factual position. I am sorry you considered it to offensive, but if we had been having this conversation face to face I would still have made that same comment, As I do think you made more of the matter than perhaps it warranted.
