stress fractures

From your post it sounds as if you have had previous probs?if so the panel should have been replaced under warranty & the screw holes in the new panel should have been oversized & fitted wih a plastic grommet to prevent further stress cracks which usually start from the screw fixings either the panel was not replaced or fitted incorrectly again.

I am no expert but repeating what I was told by my dealer (Bailey)
