Summit towing mirrors

Hi all, I recently bought these towing mirrors from Halfords. I can't say I was impressed with them as they vibrated quite badly. To make matters worse, there are two screw type devices on each mirror to clamp the towing mirror to the car door mirror housing (still with me...) Upon removing the mirrors it seems as though I have managed to lose 3 of the small rubber pads that protect the car mirror housing from the screws. These are very small, about the size of the finger nail on your small finger I reckon, but do you think I can get replacements? If anybody else has had similar problems please let me know what your solution was! Best wishes, George T.

Hi George,we also had that type and the loss of rubbers,only thing was that we were abroad and could not locate anything like it until i happend to be looking at a shoe and saw one of those heel rubber "watsit" that go on the edge of a heel.Saw a shoe shop bought a couple of them and cut them down slightly in width and as they are wedge shape they stayed in place.Have not botherd to find the proper ones even if they are available.Its just an idea.
