Surfing

My family and i will be touring Cornwall and West Wales again this summer. We are all into body boarding and would like to know if any fellow caravanners out there know where the best surf can be found at the mentioned area`s.

Thank You

Richard Evans

Richard, as you are going to Cornwall, then you have to head for Newquay, the UK surfers paradise. Good surf, good beaches, great food, great pubs, good nightlife, and,,,good camping sites..what more can anyone ask for?

Fistral beach Newquay (world famous). Newgale between Haverfordwest and St. Davids on the A487 (Don't tell everyone)

Hi Richard,

I only surf the net but my daughter is a keen surfer, the beach at Newquay is good but the one she really reckons on is the beach at Croyde Bay N.Devon surfing is excellent and the safety/rescue guards are always at hand, hope this helps. Jim
