Hi gang, which of these two get the vote, I am considering changing to one of them, shortly. Have tried the Kia but the sales staff where disinterested so Iam looking else where. Bazz.
 
Bazz, I replaced my petrol CRV at 3 years old in January with a diesel version. The petrol one was a competent tow car but the diesel is brilliant and if it is as reliable as the petrol one I will be more than happy.

It tows my 1350kg van without any apparent strain. I am able to travel at up to legal speed limits with no problems and 6th gear is possible on the flat. I have a Winterhoff stabaliser hitch and Witter towbar and there is no problem hitching or unhitching due to the door mounted spare wheel.

I easily get 40mpg solo and towing about 30. I think it is 25 to 30% more economical than the petrol version.
 
Well thanks gents, I gather nobody rates the Suzuki Grand? then it looks as if I need to pay the Honda garage a visit and may be have a test drive. Once again thank you all very much. Bazz.
