Just to clarify my earlier response was not directed at your perfectly appropriate question. I have no experience with the Suzuki Vitara but I am sure with the 2.7 engine it will make a perfectly adequate tow vehicle (subject of course to the maximum weight restrictions). What are you looking to tow with it??

suzuki grand vitara first class tow car no problems I have the 2l diesel towing 14k van best motor I have towed with. Just ignore the anti 4x4 crowd sad people if they where honest they would love one .
