Swift Challenger 560 2021 stiff room blind

The blind/fly screen in the rear bedroom is stiff on the black out side. The blind is hard to pull across and the pleats seem to stick in the plastic housing. To make it close you have to gently release the pleats from the plastic housing.
How can we remove the blind unit?
Where can we buy a new blind unit if we need to?

I have tried , furniture polish, PTFE spray, silicone dry spray, works for a few days, then back to stiff blinds again. With the blind runners popped. Out.

I wonder if one of the little securing lugs has or is failing ?
Mine has failed twice . The fix is fiddly but easy if you are patient.

See this

Otherwise I do the same as Hutch has suggested.

We had this issue on a 2018 Swift, there is a fix on YouTube somewhere as it relates to the cords that run within the mechanism rather than actual sliding surfaces. I'll try and find it.

Just watched the video but the roof vent does not use string they run on a plastic rod. The fly screen side has no issues. The blind one seems to be lower than it should be and catches on the plastic as it comes out. If you use your fingers to raise it a tiny fraction it does comes out as normal

Have you removed yours from the ceiling?
Can you post a photo of the underside?
