swift challenger 570 lights

Hi just about to purchase a new swift challenger however I'm wondering if the internal 12 volt lighting is adequate? I ask this because it appears that when having a meal with the table out there is no central light fitted to the ceiling and the only other lighting system are the small reading type lights, a small light above the chest and a cabinet light above the kitchen.

I wonder if swift have done a sufficent check on this?? or can others with the same van/lighting systems comment on?

Many thanks.........

Hi Manda,

I think it maybe Swifts way of encouraging us all to have a candlelit dinner everynight? Who said romance has died? We have a 2010 Challenger and are happy with the lighting levels. I like the fact that the new reading light do not poke out lots of heat now - LED lights get my thumbs up!

Manda,

You could well be right. I find that I have to put lights on everywhere to get enough light.

There is always the 240v lights.

I noticed one of the few differences between the 2009 and 2010 Conquerors was the addition on another twin LED downlighter above the front chest. Perhaps this has been fitted through customer feedback but not available on the Challenger (cost).

It's all individual preference really and I have now got used to it.
