swift challenger panoramic window

Hi,
We have recently changed our caravan, we tried to check everything but as you are aware you always miss something, i was tidying some things up and i saw the sides of the panoramic window i can see what looks like a seal has come away i thing these are sealed in and the seal that i am looking at may not be structural any help or advise would be brilliant, i picked it up in wales i live near glasgow. i considered getting some plastic pry tools and trying to straighten the seal then use sikaflexx 522 seal the sides as there is a gap IMG_2715.jpegIMG_2716.jpeg

If you bought privately you may have an issue. Generally this is not a job for the faint hearted as you risk damaging the window. Most dealers seem to get a Swift technician to do the repair? If bought from a dealer, then it will be worth the trip back to the dealer.

What year is the Swift and does it have a full service history as you may be able to make a claim through Swift even if you bought privately. Having read on various forum regarding the panoramic window, it does seem that a professional is needed to rectify the issue. Attempting to do it yourself may invalidate any chance of a claim you may have so get advice first before doing anything.
