swift command panel

Hi, my heating app has disappeared on my swift 2020 command panel, can i put it back on if so, HOW

Not knowing the system , but they are mini computers, Switch OFF, leave 5 minutes and try again, check Fuses and circuit breakers, . Sorry just reread it, The "Heating App" I am old school. Fingers and thumbs,

Try the thread on Swift Command Touchscreen it may help.

Are you sorted? Have you got access to your Swift Command account online as you can get remote access to the panel that way and may be able to do something with it?

Hi Trombone keep us updated on here how you get on and what caused the problem

Hi Trombone, try speaking to Sargeant who make the panel as they sent us a replacement under warranty as had 2 go in 2 vans under 2 yrs old. Bit fiddly to remove and fit but doable with patience.
