"Swift Group" Van with leaking front windows

Hi we have a 07 Swift group twin axle caravan, New Nov 06, so the warrenty is running out. The two outer front window seals were "supposedly" replaced last December under the warranty, but they have started to leak again. I say supposedly as we have little faith in our Dealer "the suplying dealer of the caravan" Their are signs, scraches etc, on the windows around the fixing for the stays and catches, that somthing was done to the windows. But as the two services have been a total sham, failing to perform certian checks, and leaving parts out etc. The last service we were imformed that the two ofside wheel bearings had faild, we were charged some £355! for their replacments, The Dealer claiming that neither Swift or AL-Ko would accept liability ! We contacted AL-KO and were told that no claim had been made on our behalf, only that two bearings had been ordered !. They took up the case, and had the so called failed bearings back for inspection. Their findings, their was nothing wrong with them, in fact the bearings were still within the tolaraces of a NEW set! The dealer then had to refunded us. So we have little faith in our Dealer, our window seals may, or may not have been replaced, merely adjusted ! But the Dealer has probably clained against Swift. Do we take the caravan to another dealer, and he try to claim again ? Has anyone out their had a simalar experiance to us ?
