Swift job losses

Isn't this a normal lay off at this time of the year? I think Swift and probably got in excess of a thousand employees so 175 is not that many, but still a great shame that they are being laid off. Also lay offs could be due to external factors being imposed on businesses?

Maybe because the product is crap.

Last van I will ever buy especially for 30k.

Still not good for the workers.
