swift poor service

I ordered my new motorhome last October with a delivery date of January and despite the dealer chasing Swift I have now been told it has been overlooked by swift and delivery is now scheduled for late April, I find this disgraceful service and wondered if anyone has had a similar experience

I think you should be blaming the dealer. Swift have been excellent to us, doing some work when out of warranty.

Dealer has ordered 80 Motorhomes and had 10 delivered, don't call that good service
It appears mine was overlooked because it is automatic
The dealer has even spoke to the director to no avail

Maybe because it is an AUTO , that is the problem. Possibly they don't get many from Fiat.
Hope it arrives in April.

Thank you for your comment, the issue here is this was on the Swift computor system last October when the dealer reserved it, using the excuse it is a special one just because it is automatic doesn't wash with me or the dealer.
Agree hope its April as the shine of a new one has been taken off now
