Hi all,
My name's Carlo, from Italy, i am new here.
I've Just seen a Swift Sprite Mondial 420 caravan , year 2018, second hand, in a caravan store here in Italy and i loved it.
Since It Is quite hard to find information here about this brand I decided to find a forum hoping someone here can help me.

As Said i loved the layout of this caravan, perfect for us. I am a caravan user since the 2004, I have Just two main doubts:

1. To full fill the water tank do i have to use another water tank that must remain outside (connected with the Blue cable with pump) or there Is a way to full fill the tank in a different way?

2. I see that there are only two ducted air vents, One in the living and One in the bathroom. I am wondering if these are enough to heat the caravan when outside there are -10/-15 degrees like in the dolomites Mountains in the Winter. I love do Winter camping also.

The idea Is to sell my fendt caravan, great caravan for winter, and sell this Sprite buy i Need your review in that sense.

Thanks all!

Welcome to the forum!
The Sprite Mondial caravans were developed for EU sales, so not exactly the same as Sprite caravans typically sold in the UK.
Most contributors here (me included) are familiar with the details of UK spec Sprite caravans. So our comments might not be correct...
For the smaller Sprite vans in the UK (equivalent to Mondial 420) there is no onboard water tank. It is common to use an external water container like an aquaroll and the water drawn from that supplies both the cold and hot water systems (there is a small internal hot water reservoir of about 10 litres). There is a Truma combi heater which supplies both hot water and blown air heating.
I found a youtube clip showing some review of the Mondial 420 and it looks like it is this type of water system and heating that is provided.

I like the blown air heating in my Sprite, feel that it performs well. However, I've never used it anywhere near as cold as you're thinking, where you could need quite a lot of heating capacity.

Thanks for your warm welcome and kind reply Andrew! All clear.
Hope to get some more contribution.
In Winter another issue could be the water plastic tubes that goes from the bins and shower to the exit holes (about 2 meters long) below the caravan.

Thanks again

The version of the Swift Sprite I saw Is the alpine 420, not the Mondial 2. I think It Is the same model. The one with the big bathroom on the back
