We have just encountered our first problem with our new van, it was the Thetford Toilet .
My first port of call was to Swifts who replied to my problem within seconds of posting on their Forum.
I was given a contact name and number for Thetfords who had already been contacted by Swifts of our problem, I wanted the flush switch that was giving some trouble and within seconds I was being told my switch was being despatched there and then absolutely FREE OF CHARGE what a combination of good services,WELL DONE to SWIFTS and THETFORDS.
