Tall bedroom annexe for awning

Looking to buy one for my NR awning. I have seen some univeral annexes on Ebay for around £100 ish. Do they actually fit 99% of awnings and if so how can they fit 99% of awnings as some awnings are very wide and some quite narrow?

Is there anything else you should take into consideration when buying an annexe?

Any advice would be appreciated.

hi i bought on of those universal annexes for my awning.they only realy fit the fully zip out sides. they are only made of tent material and are easily ripped.you would be better looking for an original annex.
