ABI Marauder 380/2 anyone got a 12v wiring diagram, No taps work but bridge out microswitch and they do, but I cant explain why all 4 taps stopped working at the same time, also how do the tap assemblies come out does the whole tap head assembly need to be emoved, I do not know the make of taps but they are clear crystal plastic with what looks like a C on the top

You say that it works when you 'bridge out the microswitch'. You then ask how to access the taps and say that all 4 taps are not working. So HOW and WHERE are you bridging the (a?) microswitch?

Since none of the taps are working , It sounds likely that there is a break somewhere in the circuit rather than a failed microswitch ..... most probably a push-on spade connector falling off somewhere.

Where the twin wires white to the micro switch disappear up the back of the sink cabinet and go through the MS by gently with a good pair of electricians side cutters piecing the insulation it is possible to make the circuit simulating the circuit MS and proving current flow but as I said why all 4 taps have stopped is a mystery, I could replace all 4 with any mom/on/off switch but I do not know if the taps actually regulate water flow or are just switches,

Yes, that is what I suspected you were doing. Since none of the 4 are working it is pretty certain that you have a break in the circuit somewhere. It should not be TOO difficult to get access to the micro-switches ....although if the taps are secured by a nut underneath you might need to be a contortionist ;)

The micro-switches simply turn the pump on as soon as you open the tap . (Indeed it is easy to turn the tap off enough to stop the water flow, but not quite enough to stop the pump running).

If you really wanted to, you could forget the micro-switch arrangement altogether and instead convert to presssure-switch based system.

The pressure switched system seems the way to go,does that mean the MS,s are redundant but can be left in place, do you have a link to a supplier or will a search throw up a good choice
