Taps not working

Further to my earlier post we have a new pump. There is power to the socket where the pump plugs in but no-one of the taps or shower activate the pump. All fuses checked
Any ideas ?

Possibly needs the pressure switch recalibrated, there are good guides to do this on YouTube

If you have 12v to the pump you should hear it running its trying to pump water so could be a clogged filter on cold supply from pump to the first outlet /tap, could also be a faulty non return valve between the pump and first outlet/tap

I had a problem where the cold water would run but not the hot. It turned out to be the non-return valve feeding into the heater tank had seized.

It could be the pressure switch, this should be just inside the caravan where the water enters and has a knurled knob on top. You simply turn this until you hear the water running if that is the problem. It is a bit trial and error.
If this is a new pump then a clogged filter should not be the answer, but shaking it up and down a bit in the water could clear any air lock.
