Tea in the main is the leaf. A bit like a wine or whisky the origin, how long in the Sun, blend etc will excite everyone’s taste differently. I see a lot of Forumites have listed their favourites.
I just don’t get adding milk and sugar🥴

In the services you had no milk or sugar, just plain tea. Couple of tea leaves into a sock which was put into the pot for a brew. Wash sock out afterwards to re-use the next time. These were those horrible think itchy type army socks.

I always start my day with a large mug of chai masala. Not as good as the real thing in India or Leicester, but a nice start to the day, the tea, the dog and the newspapers. All before I make a tea and biscuits for my wife.
