Tear in fly curtain

There is a tear in the fly curtain by the bathroom door in our Swift 535. Its a narrow one and the tear is at the bottom. Thought of pulling the nylon cord which attaches the curtain and doubling over the curtain , glue it and reinsert the nylon cord. Any better ideas welcomed , how much would replacement be do you think.
