Television tuning on site

The caravan club always advise the tv frequencies for the 5 terrestrial channels.

My tv only tunes on mhz. Does anyone know how I can convert a frequency of say 55 into mega hertz?

55 is the channel number, it is the frequency which is measured in kilo, mega or gigahertz.
