Hiya all,could any of you please recommend a site near Tenby, and very close, or next to the sea? We have no kids, but would like good toilet shower facilities,just a good clean basic site really, not bothered about bars etc. Thanks, Tim

Try the C&C sites at either Freahwater East or preferably at Pembrey Country Park. This site is close to a large natural beach and country park and is approx. 40 minutes drive to Tenby. If you use Pembrey take push bikes with you if you have them as the new coastal path is now open as well as the park and beach.

I can strongly recommend Freshwater East CC Site. It suits all family`s or couples looking for a top quality site. It is next to a fantastic cove with a fantastic beach which never gets to crowded. The site itself is flat with only a little hill to negotiate for one of the toilet blocks, it also has mainly hard standings to the standard and size you would expect as a member of the CC. I can also recommend a CL slightly inland from Tenby situated adjacent to a lovely little village called St Florence. The CL is located on a working farm called East Tarr Farm but do not get put off by this as it really is a stunning place to stay. It bosts its own indoor swimming pool ideal for a family at just
