Terry Pratchet rip

Any other Pratchet fans on here? Sad news that he died today. No more Discworld.
But if his world was true, is the Discworld thick enough to bury him, without breaking through to the Elephants?
RIP Sir Terry. You were one of my favourite people.

One here. RIP Terry Pratchett. You had such a clever, wonderful imagination, and took us to some wonderous places. Thank you so much.

Rest in peace in whatever afterlife you imagined. Loved Discworld especially the Wyrd Sisters. Your literary genius will be missed but more than that you put Alzheimer's in the spotlight.

Quote " whose Terry Pratchet?"

Terry Pratchet belonged to no one, was the property of no one, but he was a very prolific author.

"Whose" is a pronoun relating to specific adjectives, the shortened version of "Who Is" is "Who's"

Terry Pratchet had close links with my nearby town of Wincanton, Somerset. One of the pubs has just put up a new inn sign locally produced and based on a Discworld theme. What a fine memorial.

Mel, the pub is called Uncle Toms Cabin. The sign does relate to The Mended Drum and was produced by the illustrator for Discworld Emporium also located in Wincanton. Wincanton was twinned with Ankh Morpork in 2002.
Quite a lot more if you Google Wincanton. Nice place to visit if you are in Somerset. Plenty of other attractions - Yeovilton, Haynes, stourhead, etc. all close by. Just off A 303.
