Thanks guy's for sorting my issue of being able to use rich text format.
Because we are using explorer 9 I have to activate the compatability symbol and ensure it is blue. It's in the top left of screen on the right of the internet explorer box and it's the rectangular broken page symbol. Click on that and it should go from grey to blue and hey presto we're cooking on gas.

Give me a CNC program to write in Fanuc or Heidenheign and I'm fine. PC's well-----

I was happy to play my small part but thanks are really due to Lord Braykewynde who posted the solution to the Internet Explorer 9 compatibility problem in the 'Our Website' section.
