I see you're after some free nights Colyn ;O)My wife and I went there last Easter and it was fantastic - enjoyed every minute - the only downside was the fact of coming home. John the manager on the evening before we left for home came to enquire if we had enjoyed the visit and were there any complaints. I can assure you we will be visiting there again in the not too distant future.
There are good walks on the site, golf and fishing. Also many small craft shops as well as a lounge, restaurant and other normal site amenities. I believe the new indoor swimming pool is now open - under construction last year. The toilet/shower blocks were spotless. The fees are worth every penny.
Lord B. - I speak my mind and as we both thouroughly enjoyed our holiday at The Plassey I can but only speak in favourable terms. My wife and I went there last Easter and it was fantastic - enjoyed every minute - the only downside was the fact of coming home. C'mon John B, that's got to be worth one free night. Colyn is doing his best ;O) ... hehheh!Forgot to mention we bought our Shirley tomato plants at their garden centre and had a damn good crop of tomatos off them. The plants were cheaper than what was being charged in south Wales.
