Thetford Fridge 12v problem

I have a Thetford fridge (N104) fitted in my 2009 Coachman caravan, which has not worked on 12v since I bought it last September. Works fine on 240v, but when connected to car with engine running, blue light flashes and fault code 10 - "No engine running". I have had the 13 pin connector checked OK for fridge power, so fault must lay in caravan or fridge. I've checked the fuse in the fusebox, but think this is only for 240v. I have the caravan booked in for service at the end of June, but wondered if there is anything that I could check before then, as I will be using the caravan before service. I have only had Dometic fridges before, so may be missing something.
Any suggestions?

I had the same problem, I was using at the time a 2x7 pin on Van to 13 pin on car adaptor, that's where the fault was, the company I bought the adaptor from said that they had had a faulty batch, hope this helps !!!
