Thetford Fridge N604M.3 (3 way) not running properly on Gas

My fridge runs fine on 240 volts but doesn't run properly on Gas. The gas only has three settings, Low, medium and high for temperature control. It runs on high but doesn't run on medium or low. Has anyone had this problem and if so what was done to resolve the issue.

The gas lights without a problem and stays alight while on each of the three settings.

So do you mean that the fridge isn’t getting cold on the medium and low settings?

However , without seeing the fridge in action it is nigh impossible to be accurate. On the basis you are not Gas or LPG qualified you may be wiser to call in an Approved Workshop Scheme caravan engineer for your own safety and peace of mind
