We have bought a new Elddis Super Sirocco and it has one of the big fridges,when the fridge is running on gas the noise of the burner is quite loud,is this normal?
 
Michael, yes it is relatively noisy, but should not be too intrusive.

You do not say whether you notice the noise more inside or outside the van, and it depends on what you are comparing the noise with.
 
Thetford fridge, mine makes a noise too,but when it reaches the right tempreture it goes quiet. It sounds like some kind of gas torch and you can hear inside and out.J.Lo
