Well,just reading the Thetford Fridge problem posted on the 16th, our fridge in our Lunar SE 2010 is also not getting cold !
The fridge shows on with the light illuminating inside when on electric, but its not getting cold as the freezer contents have melted.
 
Sounds like the AC element has failed?

You can test the element to see if has gone open circuit?
May need someone to do this for you?

What is the model number of the fridge?
