hi guys. we`ve just brought a second hand caravan and when the owner sold it to me he told me the toilet didn't flush on his last trip. since I`ve had it ive checked the fuse underneath this seems fine. the toilet is the bench type and ive removed the loo roll holder and checked the pump under that, that seems fine. ive also noticed that the light above the toilet also doesn't work. are there 2 on the same main fuse? the caravan in question is a 1994 abi transtar. thanks mark

Mark Im not really the one to help too much but just to help a little we had and Ace Supreme which comes from the same stable as your van,so my first thought is if I remember correctly is there a battery in the cassette housing a PP3 9 Volt that maybe the answer to your red light not working.There are a number of things that are connected to this issue and hopefully somebody else will come along shortly and give you a more in depth answer .
