Thetford Toilet

The manual flush on my Thetford CW200 has lost its humph, when flushing it only delivers about half the water and at half the pressure. The flush handle offers little or no resistence when pressed down. Its only 18 months old and has been looked after properly. The dealer says they have never had a problem like this on any other Thetfords.Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what might be the problem.

sounds like the pump is faulty have a look on here and ask thetford for advice,if your caravan has an extra warrannty on it,as some dealerw do, it will be covered but i think you should look here??i think you are covered anyway

I have a problem with my thetford toilet, the electric flush is too powerful and splashing over the bowl. I have emailed thetford and they have been very helpful and are sending me a reducer to slow down the flow. when contacting them they will need the details off a blue and white sticker on the bottom of the toilet cessette.
