hi Andrew ,had the same problem with our Thetford ,97 ABI but

fuses usually go because of a problem,in our case a burnt out

pump, accessed though the toiletroll holder, replacing the pump

is staight forward ,but you have to cut the wire and join with spade conections then heatshrink to make it waterproof.

ps I cabletied the joint up out of the water just in case.

Hi andrew http://www.thetford.com/HOME/PARTS/PermanentToilets/tabid/331/Default.aspxtry

they have all the manuals & a fault find sectio

While chacking our van prior to our recent holiday, I also found the pump was not working. Removed the roll holder as mentioned by Rob, unscrewed the pump and gave it a dunt with a bit of wood......worked a treat.

Our van had been lying for a couple on months unused, so pump must have stuck.

Two weeks on holiday and not a problem.

The fuse on my unit is found by removing the cassette and it's located near the back....at the top. Easy to miss.

Hi Andrew. similar problems with my thetford c2, if your is the same remove the holding tank from out side the van, the fuse is a blad type which is situated tothe upper left to center, howeverto the left of that is one of two pressure switches(never been able to see the second one)mine had got dammaged by sliding the holding tank in and out. I have taped this(electrical tape) in the operation position and all works fine.
