Thread under wrong section

Hi

I started a thread under Tow Cars with regards to Restricted Drivers Licence. I do believe this thread should have been under the General heading is it possible to move the whole thred ?? I personally have found it very good with information

Unfortunately the forum admin doesn't give me the option to move threads or posts. All I can do is delete (as everyone well knows!) and re-submit, but that would lose all the answers to the thread.
