To cover or not to cover

Being new to tugging and the current ongoing crisis is it wise to cover the van?
Who knows how long it will be before we can hit the road!

I am of the thoughts, that unless your storing the caravan under a tree, where sap may drop onto your caravan, I would leave it uncovered, especially if you have a solar panel charging your battery.

I prefer no cover to let air easily circulate through the van. It helps with any condensation, allows the solar panel to do its thing, makes it inviting for a nap or tea on the drive and doesn’t put me off giving it a regular clean.

On days like today I'm the same door, roof vent and toilet window, all wide open.
