as you know i have a £50,000 paganini a hefty 2 ton van i know the 3 wheeler is well with in the 85% rule beeing 3x3 drive the problem when i unleash all 45 bhp the front wheel lifts off the ground.Ihave a dump valve fitted to give it the sound to go with the look so me thinks about strapping 4 bags off sand to the front bonnet . The big problem is the sand should it be sharp sand or kiln dryed sand toys r us have some good play sand on offer i think this could go in the techky section or towing and driving, this is a problem as we are towing to the alps at the week end and traction on the snow may be a bit dicey.(no jokes about the sand can be used to give grip on snow) then i will have no ballast left on bonnet so no jokers please ,thats you lord B.

You might find that cat litter could be cheaper than sand and if you are taken short enroute then the chemical ingreadient within the cat litter will cover any unwelcome smell - just a thought for a well travelled explorer.

The old Zanussi 4 in 1 steam driven digital waste gate really is a must have with the three wheeler and if you've not had an Ohlins upgrade you're wasting your time handling wise

You should really have been planning the Alps trip through the summer over plenty of bottles of beer or lager

When you get to the Alps and snow you change the steady winder in the battery drill for a Pozi#2 Diamond screwdriver bit and use short twin fast screws to screw the pre drilled beer bottle crown caps using a dab of caravan Sikaflex to seal to your tyre treads. Traction provided enabled a Sherpa in a Reliant Robin to tow a fully speced Roma to the south Everest base camp

ps. If you weren't drinking beer all summer you need to get through about 400 bottles before you set off and don't forget to drill holes dead centre to help maintain tyre balance

Save yourself a lot of worry driving at such speeds over the Alps - Why not have Mrs Gump sitting astride the bonnet throwing handfuls of grit under the front wheel????
Less wastage as she only needs to throw some when the wheel slips in turbo mode and if she's given a long stick she can push slow skiers out of the way giving you a clear road to welly it.
