Hi All,

I am having difficulties with mt Tom Tom One. I have not used it for a couple of mounths. I tried to turn it on today, but its battery was dead. I connected it to my mains charger and tried turning it on. I can't turn the thing on at all. The light is on on the top but the screen is not. Has anyone had any experience of this problem with their sat nav.

Hi Steve

I have the original Tom Tom if the battery goes flat on that I have to leave it on charge for 1 hour before it will turn on hope this helps.

It has a reset button just needs a push.located near connection socket all models different.

go to the tom tom web site and search for reset.

mine did this after 2 weeks away from the uk.

Thanks for your replies, I have tried your suggestions but stillno joy. I have contacted Tom Tom they are picking it up for repair.
