Tony Singh

It's nice to see that the CPS isn't going to charge Tony Singh the shopkeeper for murder after stabbing that thug with his own knife.

I think he should be rewarded for taking out a dangerous moron off of the streets for good and saving us millions by not having to keep him in prison.

If I was him though I wouldn't hold my breath, they will probably do him for manslaughter.

Tony deserves a medal, I just wonder if he'll be a target for other nutters now.

He saved himself and took a bit of dirt of the streets and has probably saved others from trouble and fear and saved the state and our pockets a load of wasted time and money.

According to the BBC the CPS announced yesterday that Mr Singh will not be charged with any offence relating to this incident.

100% in support of Tony Singh. No criminal prosecution is pending mainly because the knife he used belonged to the guy who was killed by Tony during an attempt to rob his shop.

If it had been a knife or any weapon owned by the shop keeper then there is every likelyhood he would most certainly have been charged with a criminal offence, possibly manslaughter.

No doubt the "PC Brigade" will now push for a private prosecution against Tony Singh and this will go on through the courts for years to come and Mr Singh will have to endure all the trauma this might bring!

"No doubt the "PC Brigade" will now push for a private prosecution against Tony Singh"

That's the truest statement you'll make today Mal and the lawyers will be there saying the yob had his human rights taken away from him.

It's not necessarily the PC Brigade who will be pushing, but the 'pigs in the trough' crooked lawyers, under the banner of the PC Brigade.

These parasites use the Human Rights legislation as a licence to print money.

The CPS have stated publicly that they wish to ensure English Law protects the innocent when attacked and taking reasonable precautions to protect his / her life and property.

Thus Tony had no case to answer.

Fantastic!

May the horrible rogues out there beware.

Cheers

Alan
