Whale water pressure switch - another query

Hi

I can see from googling and this forum that the whale water pressure switch, the one with a round dial on that you twist, comes up a lot.

In my van, which I have had for 18 months, I initially had some issues with it, mostly pulsing every 15 mins but discovered that was due to a leak in the shower. Changed the shower fitting and all good. For most of the last season the water worked fine in my van, with just occasional tweaks needed to the round dial as the pump would sometimes stay on for a while after the taps where shut.

Anyway, whizz forward to this Easter break and I am finding myself having to adjust the dial constantly. I have recalibrated several times and it works fine for about 30 mins, stopping pretty much straightaway when the taps are shut but then when a tap is used again, opened and shut, the pump just runs constantly and won't stop. I have to get under the front seat and twist the dial counter clockwise a tiny bit for it to stop.

Is there anything else that could cause this and anything that can be checked? I am pretty confident there is no leak anywhere and I have gone through the whale recalibration procedure which results in it working fine for 30 mins.

No other changes anywhere, on hookup the whole 4 days and actually was ok for the first 2 days.

Getting fed up with having to get under the seat all the time, worse at night when bed is made and someone uses a tap !

Van is a 2023 Adria.

Thanks all.
