towbar help

can anybody please help im trying to get a towbar and electrics fitted to a jaguar s type.none of the major mobile services or well known names will do it!! something to do with the cars wiring ,but the specialist car specific relays have been around for years , and Ive seen a lots of s types fitted with towbars .surely any problem would have been shown up years ago ?. cant believe they were all fitted by a jaguar main dealers.
