i want a renault scenic or espace does anyone know if these would pull it ok ?

Lasy year I hired a Renault espace (2.2 litre diesel). We towed our Bailey Senator Oklahoma (bigger and heavier than yours) with the greatest of ease. I cannot comment on the Scenic but the Espace is a good tow car ! (However, I bought a KIA Sorento because the Espace in front wheel drive and this would give me problems on our steep road in winter !)

you may struggle with a Scenic as (from memory!) I think the kerbweight is 1300kgs with DRIVER ONLY, no passengers or luggage included.

there are others on here (such as Lutz) who can give a much more informed & technical answer than I, but if you do a forum search there are quite a few warnings about Scenics and Renaults in general.
