Towing in france

Hi

I'm off to france soon and willbe towing a small trailer,with my car, what is the speed limit on all the roads. also I have a citroen xantia wear abouts on the lights do I put the beam converters as I have lost the instuctions cheers

In case the gross train weight does not exceed 3.5 tonnes (and if you're only towing a small trailer, that'll be the case), the French don't differentiate between speed limits solo or towing.
