Can anyone tell me If I can legally tow a bailey ranger gt60 620/6 with a landrover freelander without the B+E on my licence (I passed after 1997)

All the figures I have available suggest that your combination exceeds the 3500Kg combined MTPLM limit for a cat B only licence.

For you driving the authorised weights have to be under 3.5t or 3500 kgs.
