Towsure Customer Services

I have been dealing with Towsure for a number of years now and to be fair I have never hasd a problem, that is until now.

I recently ordered a Shurflow Pump Trail King 7 (16psi).

It stated in the description that,

"Barbed hose connector and side inlet strainer supplied".

Wrong! it does not come with the strainer. Having contacted Towsure to explain the descrepency, they said it does not now come with a strainer,but were not prepaired to do anything about it, except to offer a full refund. I did explain that I still needed the pump but also a strainer which i have now purchased from another source. Towsure did not offer to pay for the strainer o to provide a source for obtaining one or even an appology, nor have they bothered to answer my emails. ( Today 14/8/06 the description has been ammended.) My question is, has anybody else found the Towsure customer service deteriorating, or am I doing them an injustice.
