When we had a car delivered from a relative we used a company called Shiply.com. If you have a look at the website you place your request and then wait for bids a bit like a Dutch auction, then choose the offer and price that suits. I have no other connection with them but the car arrived successfully door to door on a low loader, but I guess a caravan could be towed for you.
