I am diagnosed with Myeloma, and am trying to obtain Travel Insurance for June / July this year.
Can anyone advise as to the best / cheapest Insurance company that caters for "Known Medical Conditions"?

Do you attend a Specialist clinic for the condition? Often they have useful numbers for things such as holiday insurance. If you want the condition covered this may be the best way.

Have you asked the Caravan Club - Red Pennant ? I understand that for some conditions they will issue insurance excluding that condition

Cc are very good as regards the application and if you have a condition that they define then they will refer you to the medical screening line. These either accept the condition at no charge, or with a charge or will exclude cover for that condition. Also if we travel without the van we use LV and they have recently coverd pre existing conditions for my daugher and grand daughter for Turkey for a small extra cost. The Telegraph website travel section has links to insurers that cover the more serious conditions and I think one of them is the link described in the earlier post.

There is some useful information on the Money Saving Expert site here:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/insurance/cheap-travel-insurance
well down the page under the heading 'Cover for pre-existing conditions'
As noted on that site, MoneySupermarket now provides comparisons for some conditions and the direct link to the comparison quotation is:

Hi there
I have numerous pre-existing medical conditions including a heart problem and diabetes to name but a few. I use Flexicover Direct, 084 223 4500 for my insurance. We have an annual policy. They have a whole list of accepted medical conditions for which you do not pay a premium. Anything else has to be declared and then they cover it for an additional premium. It is necessary to complete a medical screening form which can be done on line but I have found that it is best to telephone them and speak to someone as there can be no mistakes or confusion as to the conditions in question. This is the third year with them. We have only had to make one claim and it was dealt with speedily and efficiently.
