dont go there its a mess avoid at all cost? they dont care. left early because of the state of the pitch more like a compost heap that a holiday resort awrning flooded 7 times in 6 days.

not even offered a mop and bucket to clean it up wardens to busy watching tv.

told we could move to hard standing when one became free. what a load of rubbish. no movement on site?( didnt bother telling us area manager stopped all movement after our 1st day)

had 8 month old child with us was told we should have left her at home?

wardens very very rude, site dirty, mud everywere.

dont think the smell will ever go.

awrning ruined ground sheet (new this holiday)ruined.

and to top it all my sons had to sleep in the back of my car as the bedding in the annex that was under 4 inchs of dirty flood water thanks for a great holiday.

phoned the club they didnt care no more than the wardens on site.

Sorry to hear of the problems you had there, and quite frankly I am very surprised at the comments about the wardens.

We stayed there last year and it was brilliant, well looked after, clean, tidy and the wardens were very helpful and pleasant.

I guess the weather was not good when you were there, and as it is on the side of a very steep hill, I am not really surprised if it got flooded.

Would I go back, yes I would, weather permitting.

Also sorry to hear of your experience - we went there in July in 07 and 08 and found wardens to be very pleasant and helpful.

Agree that site can get boggy on the non hardstanding pitches after heavy rain.

hi we were there last year same time it was a bit wet when we got there.

we were sited by the wardens and left the car in the car park for a few days to allow it to dry out.

we stayed at longleat on the way there this year and the wardens that were at treamble valley last year are the wardens at longleat this year and they reconised us straght away and came and spoke to us. a really nice couple.
