Tree Sap

I have what looks like either three or four drops of yellow tree sap on the caravan I have tried cleaning it with shampoo and shoulder grease I tried fly remover I use on the car as it says also good for tree sap but all to no avail just cannot move it.

I could be mistaken as it is a new caravan it could be wood glue the stuff they heat up before gluing furniture as it is the same colour but how it would have got up there on the side is beyond me.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I can use to remove it

Had this with my car recently. I used Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover. Let it soak in then use cloth soaked in it. Wash off immediately after.
